I am sharing my experience.
When i was in college. I thought coding is everything you have to learn coding to get in to IT sector, to grow in IT sector. If you dont know coding you don't have future in IT sector. But i was wrong.
I agree coding is just phenomenon and if you want to pursue coding do that. There is so much scope in coding.
But not everybody want to get in coding.
So for them there are different fields available where you can have brilliant future. You can choose from different fields (networking, data science, security field, editing, management) and have a wonderful future.
When i was in Infosys. I was a network engineer. There was a 14 members in my team. There was a girl after 12th she pursued a diploma and after diploma she has given interview in infosys and she got job and she was working with us in networking. I was shoked at first time because we all have done degrees learned basics of coding then we joined infy. But she has done diploma and joined infy . That was just intelligent When i was in college i never thought that this is possible but after seeing her i thought wow she is so much inteligent. While working in Infosys she was also pursuing Graduation.
Summary.
I just want to say that there are other fields available where you can have wonderful future.
Joining IT sector and learning is my greatest experience
